I found a recipe for Steak and modified it to my own tastes, Spicy Ginger Chicken. This recipe makes one serving and is OH SO GOOD! Feel free to serve this over a salad, noodles, rice, or whatever you want just don't forget to calculate the calories or points as necessary.
Ingredients
3 1/2 oz uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s)
1/2 tsp minced garlic, OR 1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground ginger, OR 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, chopped
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 pinch table salt, just to season chicken
1 pinch black pepper, just to season chicken
1/4 cup Swanson Broth, Chicken, OR water
1 packet Stevia
Instructions
Add everything including chicken to pan. Cook on medium until chicken is done; adding water when necessary so it doesn't burn.
I cut up the chicken mid way through to ensure it cooks all the way through.

Weight Watchers Points: 3
To have a full meal I top my bed of romaine lettuce with the Spicy Ginger Chicken, some chopped cashews (1/2 tsp), and 2 tbsp of Walden Farms' Sesame Ginger Calorie Free dressing. This increases the calories to 161 and the weight watchers points to 4.
