I came across something called a BLOG TOUR today. It's several stamping ladies you have made several projects (all Halloween/Fall) and you go from one blog to the next viewing their projects and getting instructions on how they made them.

Stopping my SU! Demonstratorship

Unfortunately I have had to stop my SU! Demonstratorship. If you are one of my customers I have sent you a new catalog and a letter explaining why I needed to end my Demonstratorship. I will continue to stamp but need to change my focus in life. I hope you all understand. I have included the name of a new SU! Demo that is in Mays Landing.

As I make new cards I will continue to post them on my blog as well as all of my other projects and life's events.

I will also continue to post directions (especially several from the past that I haven't had a chance to post).

SU! Online Ordering

Online Ordering for SU!

YEAHHHH! I am so excited. SU! will be offering online ordering through my demonstrator website this fall. This is wonderful! You will now be able to order SU! items online through your demonstrator, ME! I will let everyone know when this is available and show you how to use it. I'm so excited!

Stampin' Up!'s Dormant Lists

SU! currently has two dormant lists. Both are located to the right under "Stampin' Up! Specials".

The Dormant List contains stamp sets that, while they have not been retired, are not listed in the current catalog. These sets are available for purchase during the listed timeframe and may or may not be listed again in future catalogs.

The Spring-Summer 2008 Collection Dormant List is available January 2 through August 10, 2008. The Fall-Winter 2008 Idea Book & Catalog Dormant List is available August 11, 2008 through January 18, 2009.

Retiring Stamp Sets and Accessories

The retiring list of stamp sets is available. Look under "Stampin' Up! Specials" on the right hand side of the blog for the link "Retiring List". All stamp sets retiring from the Spring-Summer 2008 Collection will be listed in alphabetical order. Read on for my specials (can also be found on the right under "Karen's SU! Specials".

Retiring Stamp Sets: Take a look at the retiring list for the Spring-Summer 2008 SU! Collection (see "Stampin' Up! Specials" above). If you place your order (and payment is received) between July 1st and July 15th receive 25% off all retiring stamp sets. If you place your order (and payment is received) between July 16th and July 31st receive 15% off all retiring stamp sets. If you place your order (and payment is received) between August 1st and August 7th receive 5% off all retiring stamp sets.

Retiring Accessories: List coming soon (July 21st); will be posted under "Stampin' Up! Specials". This list will be updated daily between July 22nd and August 10th as supplies last. If you place your order (and payment is received) between July 22nd and August 1st receive 10% off all retiring accessories.

Fall-Winter 2008 Idea Book & Catalog

Stampin' Up! has changed the named of the catalog back to "Idea Book & Catalog". I know we are all happy not to have "Collection" as the name.

There will still be two catalogs a year but the Fall-Winter 2008 Idea Book & Catalog will not be coming out until August this year.

I should have all the catalogs by August 11th (which is when the first orders can be made as well).

If you are interested in receiving a new catalog please let me know. In the past I have charged $10 for each catalog but this year I will be giving them to my customers for free.

Please contact me by July 5th if you want a catalog as I will be placing my order the next day.

Stamp Camp - Welcome back Mary

Everyone had a great time at today's stamp camp. I really enjoyed chatting with the ladies.

It was wonderful to see Mary again. I am glad she is feeling better.

I have changed the date of the next stamp camp since I mistakenly made it for Father's day. The class has been rescheduled for the 29th of June. Please see "Events" off to the right to sign up for the class.

Posting new classes

I'll be posting new classes, hopefully tonight, for the rest of the year. Please note I need everyone to abide by the RSVP date. This is to ensure that I have time to design and get any supplies for everyone. Preparing for the class takes a long time and if I don't know who is coming until a few days before the class there isn't enough time to be prepared. Thanks for your understanding.

Last day for Sale-A-Bration

Tomorrow is the last day for Sale-A-Bration. Anyone wanting to make an order and wants to get their free stamp sets needs to contact me ASAP. All orders need to be in by 7 PM tomorrow evening in order to qualify for Sale-A-Bration sets.

Tutorials aren't ready

I apologize but the tutorials aren't ready. It was a very busy weekend and I didn't get a chance to finish them.

With the holiday weekend coming up everyone had to cancel for today's class so the tutorials weren't first on my list to get done.

I should have them done within the next few days.

Birthday Flourishes

This is a preview of one of the cards I am teaching during this Sunday's class. My goal for the class was to use neutrals and the bold brights color family. This card is using pixie pink, whisper white, and basic black.
