Strong finish to a good day

I spent pretty much the entire day focused on my hCG Diet. It is critical to get each week's food planned and I think I did an amazing job!

I will start tomorrow looking through recipes of two new books I got for new meals for next week. Because it is recommended that I only have beef/veal once or twice a week I am pretty much eating chicken twice a day. As much as I LOVE chicken I definitely need some variety. I am even going to have some fish even though I am not too fond of fish/seafood. Chuck is very excited about fish/seafood night!

I ate exactly 500 calories today.....I didn't think that was at all possible to do without being extremely hungry. I have felt some hunger pangs today but they were minimal. I also resisted the temptation to eat when I was bored. Which was astonishing....because that so rarely happens.

Unfortunately I thought I was being smart by purchasing grapefruit that was already cut. After I started eating it I saw that it had sugar in it. :( This did not make me happy. So I am down a fruit I could eat this week unless I make a trip to the grocery store.
