hCG Diet at the Office

I was quite skeptical this morning when I was getting ready to weigh myself thinking if I lost anything at all it would just be the 2.2 lbs I had gained from the 2 days of gorging. But two my surprise I had lost several pounds. I weighed myself naked and then again with clothes on. I lost almost 7 lbs! Since I spent most of night getting up to go to the bathroom it certainly explains it. I can't believe how much I had to pee!

Now we'll see how that plays out tomorrow morning, if it was just a fluke or what. Either way I am very happy.

I spent the entire day pulling up my pants because they were falling off my hips....now some may think that this is an exaggeration....it is NOT! My Mother In Law laughed at me and called me "droopy drawers" when I got home this afternoon. I'm going to have to find smaller pants for tomorrow or where a tight belt. Chuck suggested I get a pair of pants with a drawstring. We'll see what I can find.

I wasn't hungry at all until about 10:30 this morning when my head started telling me it was time to eat; however my stomach never said anything. I ate lunch at 11 AM (which is pretty normal for me) and had the Chicken with Italian Tomato Sauce recipe. It was very good! My husband would love this and I will be making enough for him to have some too next week.

The afternoon was pretty hard to deal with since I kept smelling everyone heating up their lunches in the breakroom (I sit pretty close to it). Again it was my head that was telling me I was hungry and not my stomach. I kept drinking water to not give in to the craving to eat something.

Coming home this afternoon I was really looking forward to the Caribbean Chicken and Coleslaw I had planned. I definitely need to tweak both of these recipes for next week (All my food is already prepared for this week). The Caribbean Chicken was strong and the Coleslaw was so powerful. I have some Walden Farms Coleslaw dressing coming in the mail and am looking forward to trying it out.

On top of the Caribbean Chicken and Coleslaw I had a salad (Walden Farms' Honey Mustard Dressing) and one Melba Round.

While the kids are at swim team I worked on recipes for next week. I'm looking forward to broadening the menu beyond chicken.
