So the scale was extremely nice to me on the first day of our four day weekend and showed that I was a 1/2 pound away from losing 10 pounds. The next day, it was mean...very very mean...and said I gained 2 lbs. Which is quite odd because I didn't do anything different. The third day it said, there's no 2 extra pounds, and I'll throw in some extra weight loss and you are now at 10 1/2 pounds lost! WHOO HOOO!
HOWEVER, this morning the scale decided to say that I gained 2 pounds again! Once again, I didn't do anything that would have caused that. Plus I swam 2000 yards 2 days in a row, plus running. So I'm quite perplexed at this!
BUT, I'm not going to let this get me down as I know weight can fluctuate from day to day. My water in take was all over the map throughout the four days off as well. That's one good thing about being in the office is that I can watch everything I drink and eat much more closely.
Bottom line, I counted the weight loss and will continue to watch it. If the scale doesn't even out I will adjust accordingly.
