Pistachio Fat Bomb - O. M. G!

I've been looking around for tons of low carb recipes lately and I came across what could possibly by the BEST pistachio treat I have ever found!

What is a fat bomb? In my opinion, it is a little ball of deliciousness that is high in fat to help keep you in ketosis (or to help you reach it). Now add pistachios to that and well you have my attention!

Thanks to the recipe found on ibreatheimhungry.com, an awesome Keto/Low Carb Blog. I couldn't wait to try these! She has tons of recipes and I haven't been disappointed yet!

I made up a batch Sunday night. It was all I could do to wait until Monday to have one of these.


This was my afternoon snack on Monday and O. M. G. was this good! I couldn't wait to have another one, luckily I only brought one with me to work or I wouldn't have been able to stop myself.

Today, I brought in one for myself and one for a co-worker. His words after eating this was "I may need a cigarette and a moment alone". I couldn't agree more Jack! This little Pistachio Fat Bomb is the shiznit!!!!!!

I also tried the Keto Jalapeno Popper Fat Bomb from Low Carb Yum. I wasn't as thrilled with these and I think the only reason why is because I've had a lot of jalapeno recently. I think I'm just overwhelmed with spicy right now and really wanted something sweeter. However, Jack LOVES them! I should have taken a picture of his face as he was eating these.

So what's next on the Fat Bomb exploration? I'm thinking it might be a lemon coconut treat! What do you think of this recipe? These lemon fat bombs can be kept frozen for 3 - 4 months. This is right up my alley!
