UPDATE to come later today of everything I did during my workout and how far I ran. :)
Great interval training run; ran 1.8 miles before my left foot started to hurt. I can't wait to go out with my aunt on Monday evening to get new running shoes.
Today's Workout:
- 50 Squats
- 50 crunches
- 30 second Plank (on elbows)
- 20 pushups
- 2 sets of 15 reps each bench press 30 lbs (on weight bench)
- 2 sets of 15 reps each 25 lbs bicep curl (on weight bench)
- 2 sets of 15 reps 25 lbs leg raise (on weight bench)
- 2 sets of 15 reps 20 lb kettle bell deadlifts
- 2 sets of 25 reps 20 lb kettle bell single arm side stretch to floor
- 2 sets of 25 reps of leg raises (on floor)
- 1.8 mile interval training run
