2015 Goals/Resolutions

2014 was a pretty good year for me personally as I celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary, celebrated my 40th birthday, lost over 50 lbs, completed my first half marathon, and completed my first FULL Marathon! These truly are huge accomplishments and I am so blessed to have been able to complete them.

I'm not typically one to have New Year's Resolutions but in 2015 I have several goals that I want to ensure I complete.

  • I want to find a better work/life balance. 
  • I want to make my goal weight before my 41st birthday; October; which is 160 - 165 lbs.
  • I want to keep that goal weight through the remainder of the year; even through all the holidays. 
  • I want to run an official 5k or longer distance every month; I need to find more races than what I have listed below. Feel free to join me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • I want to continue to eat healthy. Maybe I can even get the kids to start eating what I do and maybe even Chuck!
  • I want to do some form of exercise every day. 
    • Run every other day with at least one long run a week. 
    • Weight training on the days I don't run. 
    • Calisthenics every day.
    • Maybe even get Chuck and the kids involved in some WiiFit a few days a week.
  • And I know this one may sound strange but I want to keep up on all the bills, medical bills, and tax information as it all comes in throughout the year rather than letting it build up.
