I'm not typically one to have New Year's Resolutions but in 2015 I have several goals that I want to ensure I complete.
- I want to find a better work/life balance.
- I want to make my goal weight before my 41st birthday; October; which is 160 - 165 lbs.
- I want to keep that goal weight through the remainder of the year; even through all the holidays.
- I want to run an official 5k or longer distance every month; I need to find more races than what I have listed below. Feel free to join me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- January 1st - Runaway A.C. 1st Run/Walk on the OC Boardwalk.
- April 11th - AC April Fools 7k
- April 12th - AC Half Marathon (Special Medal if I complete both races)
- May 17th - Thinking of doing the OC Duathlon
- October 18th - AC Half Marathon - doubt I will sign up for the full marathon
- I want to continue to eat healthy. Maybe I can even get the kids to start eating what I do and maybe even Chuck!
- I want to do some form of exercise every day.
- Run every other day with at least one long run a week.
- Weight training on the days I don't run.
- Calisthenics every day.
- Maybe even get Chuck and the kids involved in some WiiFit a few days a week.
- And I know this one may sound strange but I want to keep up on all the bills, medical bills, and tax information as it all comes in throughout the year rather than letting it build up.
