Spaghetti with Miracle Noodles, Chicken Sausage, and Zucchini

I'm really enjoying my dinner tonight! 

I had ordered, to try, this new item I found online called miracle noodles. After doing some research folks said it was a 50/50 shot of liking them. I decided to give it a whirl and see if I liked them.When I opened the package I was truly skeptical.....it just looked weird!

I had left overs of my sauce and chicken sausage so I thought why don't I have spaghetti tonight....sautee up some zucchini, have a salad and I'm all set.

I followed the directions on the package to a T and WA LA I have spaghetti with chicken sausage.



Sauce w/Chicken Sausage Ingredients - makes 4 servings
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 tsp minced garlic, or 4 cloves fresh minced garlic
1/4 cup(s) water
2 Tbsp dried basil
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp paprika
28 oz Cento San Marzano Tomatoes, Peeled, Certified, with Basil Leaf
3 oz Contadina Tomato Paste, or 6 tbsp (get one that doesn't have added sugar)
8 serving(s) Thin 'n Trim Chicken Sausage - Sweet Italian with Red Bell Peppers

Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except chicken sausage in blender; mix well. Slice chicken sausage and brown in frying pan OR remove from casing, grind up, and brown in pan. Add everything, including chicken sausage to pot cover and simmer on lowest heat for 15 - 20 minutes. Stir occasionally and add a little water if needed. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add some sauteed zucchini.....peel and slice zucchini. Saute in  a little bit of pam, salt, and pepper. Brown each side and cook until desired. 33 Calories and 0 points.
