3 1/2 oz uncooked shrimp, Grocery store easy peel shrimp; peel and devein | |
1/2 cup(s) fresh tomato(es), finely chopped | |
1 cup(s) water | |
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice | |
1 Tbsp (chopped) uncooked onion(s), finely chopped | |
1 tsp minced garlic | |
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, Just a DASH! | |
1/8 tsp Sriracha hot sauce, just a DASH! | |
1 pinch cayenne pepper | |
1/8 tsp garlic powder | |
1/8 tsp onion powder | |
1/8 tsp kosher salt, Just a Pinch! | |
1/8 tsp dried thyme, Just a Pinch! | |
1 pinch black pepper |
Instructions
Lightly sauté shrimp with celery, tomatoes, garlic and onion in lemon juice until cooked or lightly browned. Deglaze the pan with broth and add seasonings. Simmer on low for approximately 20-30 minutes until liquid is slightly reduced adding additional broth or water to achieve desired consistency. Add additiona, seafood, chicken, or sausage (just add the points). Also feel free to serve over rice (again just add the points).
