Going strong!

My hCG diet is going FANTASTIC! I couldn't be more pleased with the results so far! In just 2 weeks I lost 18 lbs. My clothes more than fit better they are falling off of me. I am now wearing clothes I couldn't wear just a year ago. This is a huge daily commitment and requires a lot of control but I am going strong.

I found several good cookbooks that have made this journey an easy one. Chuck is really enjoying all the recipes as well. Once a week we have my mother-in-law come over and she is enjoying each meal that I cook. I'm not going to lie there are several things I truly, truly want. But so far I have learned to either live without out them or how to make them hCG friendly.

Although I am a huge beef person I'm only allowed beef once a week. I bought just under a pound and a half of 96% lean ground beef the other day. There is enough in there for 5 weeks and then a 6th week to have a slider. I do miss cheeseburgers and I am determined to figure out a way to have at least a slider. Instead of a bun I will wrap it in lettuce. Although I am not allowed cheese yet I figure something out.
