I started using MyFitnessPal at the advise of several friends. And it my first week I lost 4 lbs! I am so thrilled. This past week I started jogging again in preparation of my first 5K (April 29th). I ran 4 times this week and unfortunately didn't lose any weight but I stayed the same. Which I guess is better than gaining weight.
I also added a weight loss ticker to the right. I need everything I can to keep me honest!
