My first two goals after starting this weight loss journey almost one year ago was to (1) get off of all medication and (2) get under my pre-pregnancy weight.
I have accomplished both of these things!
Now, my next two goals are (1) run a 5k (which is coming up on April 29th) and (2) to lose a total of 50 lbs (I'm 8 lbs away from this goal).
