FatSecret Post 10/06/10

Yesterday was an ok day. I really need to get better at journaling what I ate. And as I can see (and so can everyone else) I am not making it with the 50 carbs or less a day like I had hoped. I am trying but I am so hungry! What's worse is that I am at home and it is so easy to just say "OOOO, I can have an uncrustable since I am sitting around doing absolutely nothing!"

This morning was a good breakfast and although it took up a lot of my carbs it was still a good healthy breakfast. So maybe lowering my carbs to 50 or less a day isn't the way to go. Maybe I just need to eat healthy food.
