I've been working on an exercise challenge for myself all evening......here is September's challenge!
I've completed today's challenges and am looking forward to doing tomorrow's challenge! My goal is to be able to do the following by December 31st:
* Complete Body Combat
* Complete T25
* Start another Beach Body DVD set
* 500 Situps daily
* 500 Pushups daily
* 500 Crunches daily
* 500 Squats daily
* 500 Leg Raises daily
* 250 Lunges on each leg daily
* 5 minute plank daily
