I have never been a fan of asparagus...no matter how many ways it has been fixed I just haven't liked it. Well I'm being a big girl and trying asparagus again. Last night I was not impressed....today I made a cream of asparagus soup and it is quite tasty! It doesn't look good at all, but the taste is there and that's what matters!
I put down a layer of the coleslaw onto the lettuce leaf, topped that with sliced BBQ chicken breast, drizzled some BBQ sauce on it and then wrapped up the lettuce leaf. I had 3 of these for dinner, plus the soup. A very healthy meal under 300 calories. Can't be that!
