Zoey update catchups! part 2

August 13th: OB appt went well. Doc said to pack my hospital bag and be ready for an early delivery, but he's still hoping for the 9/7 c-section. I've been nesting, cleaned the majority of the upstairs this afternoon. And I have the contractions to prove it now! Took the family (including Chuck's mom) to Sonic for dinner.
August 16th:

NST this morning took a while. Zoey wouldn't cooperate. I sat, then reclined, and finally had to lay down for her to behave! Had three contractions during the test and man did they hurt! I'm trying to clean up my desk here at home today but I am fading quickly! I'm almost done so maybe I can keep going,,,,,,,,probably not!

August 17th: Unfortunately I had another sleepless night last night. Zoey seems to like the nighttime to give me all the contractions. I did get to sleep in this morning until 9:30. Which was a bonus. But I am still super tired.August 19th:

Had my last growth ultrasound today. Still can't see Zoey's head, matter of fact could only get the chin. She is 7 lbs 1 oz and has a heartbeat of 132. I will be 37 weeks on Sunday! I hope she arrives soon, this momma is ready!

August 20th: Had an OB appointment and ended up at the hospital. My blood pressure was, headache, and seeing spots/stars! EEK! They monitored me for 3 hours and gave me IV fluids. My pressure came down and I was feeling better. Luckily I was allowed to come home.

August 23rd: It is just after 4 AM and I've been up since 3! My blood pressure is up and the heartburn is ridiculous! It's gonna be a long day I'm afraid!Zoey Update: Had an NST this morning. Zoey is skipping a beat in her heartbeat. The high risk OB in the office isn't worried but they will watch it closely. On Thursday my high risk OB may redo the echo u/s to ensure everything is ok. During the u/s today Zoey was practicing her breathing like a champ and was also prac...ticing sucking. Except for being at the office for 2 hours I was very happy with the outcome.

August 27th: Zoey's NST yesterday showed that she is still skipping a beat. The doctor there at the time (not the one I usually see) isn't concerned. I see my regular OB today and I am going to talk to him about it. 11days til Zoey's arrival (unless she would like to grace us early, I am seriously ready!)

OB appointment went well (even though I missed my nap). He explained Zoey's skipped heartbeat and said not to worry. I love this man! He's awesome, I'll never choose another OB/GYN, ever, he's the best!
