So getting up at 5 AM Monday through Friday isn't that bad! I've done very well with it. Saturday and Sunday I took a break and was able to get right back up this morning. Not too shabby!
I looked at the scale over the weekend and I didn't gain or lose anything but that is ok! Especially since it was my first week back to doing a real workout. NOW, if I don't lose anything on my next weigh in I might (who am I kidding I WILL) be upset.
I am 24 lbs down since having Zoey and I would like to be 30 lbs down before going back to work on the 15th. I know I can do it, unfortunately the will power to stay away from the Halloween candy isn't going well. Luckily Chuck took most of the chocolate out of the basket and their isn't much left that I like. So that will definitely help.
If I can lose 2 lbs a week (which is ideal) I will be down a total of 40 lbs 9since having Zoey) by December 31st. WOULDN'T that be AWESOME! So that is my goal, to lose 2 lbs a week.
I am going to set up my boxing WiiFit game tonight so it is ready to go for 5 AM tomorrow morning. If I change up my workout every morning it will keep me more interested. This morning I did three workouts from About.com. Two are postpartum workouts and the third was a strength training workout.
Here is the goal for the workouts this week:
Monday: About.com postpartum and strength training workouts
Tuesday: World's Gym Boxing on WiiFit
Wednesday: About.com strength training workouts (beginners and one intermediate)
Thursday: Reebok's stability ball workout (40 minutes)
Friday: About.com postpartum and strength training workouts
Each of these workouts takes approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
Saturday and Sunday I will take off to give my body a chance to recuperate from the week's events. God knows I will have tons of other household chores and such to do that will give me plenty of exercise on the weekend.
