Frustration

Is it possible to have everything that you try to do in one night go wrong! ARGG! I am so frustrated. I tried five times to use my desktop and all five times I got the blue screen of death. Then I try to do what I want on Chuck's desktop and the USPS website won't allow me to mail media mail packages through online postage. I am so frickin' frustrated. Now I am sitting infront of the TV trying to watch Numbers and the internet connection is so slow I can't get Netflix streaming to come through. Now what is so frustrating about that is Chuck and I just upgraded our Comcast service which was suppose to give us faster internet speeds. Guess what! It's frickin' slower! If I wasn't so irritated that would be funny! ** Feel free to laugh.***

  2. Oh Karen!!! We have been round and round with comcast in the past 2 months. We "upgraded" our internet too and it was SOOOO slow. I called and expressed my frustration and told them to change me back to the basic internet. I fought them to credit me for the "fast" internet that they had charged us for, but they did. Now I have the old internet back and it is faster. I hate comcast!! :)

  3. Hey Erin, Turns out they had put our phone on the high speed server and not our internet service. What idiots! Now we are zippidy do da'n all over the place. I would check into that and make sure they put the internet on the correct server. it was just a pain!
