Rooftop AC Unit Vibration at CSC

Chuck sent me an email yesterday about the AC unit above his office on the roof. It's been horrible for years. This is the helpdesk request he put in about it.

Though I am constantly amazed with the quality of the work that the Thrower guys perform on our building, somehow the rooftop unit has once again decided to sound as if there was an industrial concrete crusher right above our heads. While this may sound like an interesting diversion in an otherwise monotonous week, I can assure you it isn't.
Perhaps it would be prudent to have someone competent repair the unit before the residents of our wing gather pitchforks and torches and head to the roof to slay the noisy beast once and for all.

His office mate Larry put in this helpdesk request.

The HVAC unit above my office doesn't sound too healthy - it sounds kind of like a jet engine roaring off in the distance. It seems it is turning on and off over and over again rapidly. It is vibrating and shaking the office. My office is making some pretty dreadful creaking, grinding and squeaking sounds.

At least the temperature in my office is quite pleasant. But my fear of the HVAC unit falling through the roof and crushing me to death is kind of bumming me out. Oh well, if that happens at least my wife would have something entertaining to put on my headstone...

Help please.

I think both are absolutely priceless. It is so ridiculous what they have had to endour (sp) over the years.
