I interviewed a couple weeks ago for a new job with a different company. Company to be named later.
They really like me and made an offer last week. Although the offer was less than I was hoping for it is still quite a bit better than I am making now. The only down side is that I would be losing a weeks worth of vacation time.
I have a counter offer out to them right now to see if they bite.
I am looking forward to starting a new career with another company. With any luck I will be there by the middle of June.
