So, it's time for me to get back to eating healthy and exercising. If this isn't a broken record that will NEVER shut off!
I say this all the time, but I really mean it each time. I'm just a flunkie when it comes to eating right and exercising.
SO I weighed myself and took measurements this morning. Here's the dreadful results:
Weight 231 (I've gained a couple of pounds since I've been back to work)
Bust 50"
Waist 50 1/2"
Hips 48"
So I have put back on 3 lbs, 1 1/2" on my waist, and 2" on my hips. OMG! I'm not happy.
I brought my lunch to work and so far today I haven't done TOO bad. I am going to do my best to behave the rest of this week and see how things go. I hope to get in exercise a couple nights this week PLUS, it's March for Babies on Sunday. 5 big miles on the boardwalk so that should help. I am going to be SOOO sore.
