So my weight loss is coming slowly but surely. It would help if I was exercising more but I am having a hard time getting it in during the day. Even though I am home there are so many things that need to get done I just don't seem to find the time.
I am down to 228 lbs and I have lost a few more inches in my hips and waist.
It's not going as fast as I would like but it is going and that is the important thing!
