So I have been keeping up with my exercise as much as I can. I just did two days worth of National Body Challenge workouts to make up for Sunday. I thought Sunday was my rest day but it turns out Monday is. So I didn't work out for two days so it put me behind.
Tomorrow is weigh in and measurement day. I will check my weight and measure my waist and hips to see if there is any difference from last week. OK, so I am completely losing it. TODAY, is weigh in day. SO here I go to my weigh in......... I am weighing in at 230. I lost 2 lbs in the past week. I am going to try to do better this week. AND, here's some good news. I lost an inch off my hips and an inch off my waist. I am very excited about that. I guess that could explain why my new jeans (bought two weeks ago) are getting lose! I am so excited!
I went to the grocery store this morning and bought stuff for salad. I also bought plenty of fruits. I'm not a big veggie eater but I am trying with atleast eating some can veggies with dinner.
SO, I have to do better with my eating and maybe next Tuesday will fair better results!
